The furnished rooftop lounge will feature a full kitchen perfect for entertaining larger dinner parties and events.  The expansive outdoor roof deck will include  BBQ stations with breathtaking  views of the Washington D.C. skyline.  The retail level will include a new restaurant lounge Boca Chica (expected to deliver Fall 2023).  The lower level will include a management office along with extra storage and a package room.
